Our Staff

Edward C. Holtz, sole proprietor of Community Connections Outreach, has 20 years experience in management leadership and development of job training programs that include design and implementation of innovative learning packages for training employees at all levels in industrial operations.   

As outreach coordinator for Catholic Charities of the Finger Lakes, Ed has extensive experience advocating for low income families and individuals.  Ed is knowledgeable in Social Services Programs and Federal Feeding Programs.  As coordinator for the 55 and older Worker Program Ed has experience implementing media campaigns and has established contacts with employers and community members. 

Community Connections Outreach was established in January 2002 as a sole proprietary organization to provide job development services to individuals with disabilities.  Working with this population requires special expertise to achieve success.  The cornerstone of CCO is to provide intensive job development assistance with a one-on one personalized service.
